Diva On The Go: Nadia- Shys Place

Shy's place is a nice little hidden gem located in Dundas. This heritage house has been turned into a nice restaurant that is two floors with a year-round patio.

I happened to go this place on a Wednesday and it turns out that it's $15 pizzas and half price bottles of wine....do I need to say more lol.

You do have to wait a bit for the food but that's because they are fresh, from scratch kitchen. The pizza I had was the Chorizo and Basil which consisted of a basil pesto base, chorizo sausage, red onion jam, kalamata olives, crumbled goat cheese. It was good. The red onion jam was different, but with a nice touch. Of course, I went with a bottle of white wine.

I will definitely go back to try other items off the menu as it all sounds yummy. Oh, and did I mention that with the half price bottles of wine, you can take home what you don't finish, which is a bonus!
