Diva on the go- Angie- Avatara

While in Dubai, I got to experience a 2024 Michelin-starred restaurant called Avatara. As I stepped inside, I was greeted by the friendly staff, each wearing a welcoming smile that set the tone for the evening.

The restaurant's decor was both stunning and sophisticated, highlighted by a mint green color palette accented with touches of gold. I found myself mesmerized by the artwork on the wall, which left me feeling calm and relaxed as the chill hop music played. The seating boasted intricate floral designs that beautifully evoked a sense of nature.

To keep cozy in the softly lit dining room, I was offered a luxurious pashmina scarf, adding a touch of comfort to the sophisticated ambiance. The highlight of the evening was the exquisite 12-course vegetarian tasting menu, a journey through the diverse flavors of Indian soul food.

Each course was meticulously presented, with waiters taking the time to explain the origins of the ingredients and the inspiration behind the flavors. Each dish was a masterpiece adorned with vibrant edible flowers and exquisite finishing touches. It was a true dining experience unlike any I had ever had before.
