Diva On The Go: Angie - Pasqualino

I went to Pasqualino, located in downtown Milton. I've driven past it a million times and and have always wanted to try it. The entrance was amazing! I went for a late dinner and they had the patio all lit up with flowers everywhere- it was so beautiful!

I had the Salmone con Mele. A pan roasted Atlantic salmon filet in a white balsamic sauce with granny smith apples. The salmon was laying on a beet puree with broccoli and corn on the cobb. The combination was a little all over the place for me at first but when I tried it, the flavors worked. The salmon was crispy and the glaze on it made it nice and moist.

Pasqualino is a good place to go for a date night. The atmosphere was nice and dim and everything is set up really nicely. The service could have been a bit more timely as we found ourselves waiting a long while to pay the bill.
